How a Busy Husband like Rob Likes can Manage Fitness and Nutrition
Rob Likes is a great inspiration in my life and a great friend. Rob chose to make a difference and get his life back. With in just 1 years time Rob took his life back and gained several years back. Rob is in his 50′s showing us young bucks how it is done! How a Busy Husband Can Manage To Follow A Beachbody Fitness Program & Nutrition:
It’s harder for some people than for others based on life situations but anything is possible. When I began P90X at 288 pounds I was desperate and determined that no matter what, I was going to never miss a workout and was going to follow the nutrition guidelines for the 90 days and not mess it up. If P90X was not going to work it was not going to be because I did not follow the plan correctly. I had seen the infomercials enough that I had enough faith in it to give it my best and my desperation form multitudes of failed fad diets made me know that it was my last chance of making a change and getting my health back. I worked a 50 hour per week job in a different city, then also owned and operated 2 small businesses that took 20 to 30 hours per week and also put in about 10 hours per week with church leadership activities so I know about being busy. I, at times did not get to my workouts until after midnight but mostly did them after 9 PM at night after all my responsibilities were completed for the day. I saw that time as MY time and knew it was saving my life and after 90 day I lost 60 pounds and 12 inches off my waist. A second round brought my totals to 89 pounds lost and a total of 14 inches off the waist and in those 6 months I had become a brand new person. It was well worth it and even though life is still busy, I have determined to continue to MAKE the time for the workouts and to MAKE the time to plan my eating because I never want to go back to what I was before. Its all a matter of how badly you want it but it is possible for anyone. I had lived my entire life of over 50 years at the time with poor eating habits and not regularly exercising and I was able to make a complete turn around so, based on my experience, I truly feel it is possible for anyone to make a change and to “Bring It” for a better life for yourself, and for those that you love and whom are depending upon you.
