Low calorie pumpkin pie shake? Really?
I do not know about you but one of my favorite treats in the fall is a pumpkin pie! At first when I heard a local Restaurant made a pumpkin Shake. This was definitely not a low calorie pumpkin pie shake. I thought that sounded disgusting. I thought I would give it a whirl and to my discovery it was a new found love! Since finding that shake over 6 years ago I have found a new love for health and feeding my body the best nutrition I can while enjoying every bit of it! So here I am 6 years later making a low calorie pumpkin pie shake. Shakeology is something I have been replacing a meal with daily for over a year now. I tried to make the low calorie pumpkin pie shake a year ago and was not successful. However I had to give my love a try again and make the low calorie pumpkin pie shake a reality with Shakeology.
1/2 of a 1/3 of a cup – Organic Pumpkin, OK so this is not a true measurment but That is what I did. I filled a 1/3 cup half way. They say that equates to 2 TBS and 2 tsp but I still go with the 1/2 of a 1/3 cup LOL!
8 Ounces- Almond Milk
7 Ice cubes – From cube tray
Put into your blender, blend away and enjoy your Low Calorie Pumpkin Pie Shake!
